By placing an order through Tailorly, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. These policies ensure that you are fully informed of our return and refund procedures. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in the same condition as received
Be unworn and unused
Have all original tags attached
Be in the original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Inspection of returned items typically takes 1 to 7 business days.
You may request either a replacement product or a refund once the item is received and approved.

The return address is not automatically the sender's address.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
If you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size, or no longer need the product:
