Because your personalized items are unique and custom-made for you, each purchase includes a customization fee of £20 per item.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will retrieve your order if it has not yet entered production.

Please note that we begin production of personalized items immediately after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel an item that is already in production, a restocking fee of £20 per item will apply.

All refunds will be issued for the original amount paid minus shipping costs and any discounts applied to personalized items, unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. After receiving this email, please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to become available in your account. It may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
